PRACTICE AREAS

Andrew Glenn graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Brandeis University in 1987. While at Brandeis, Andrew was a member of the Varsity Swim team. This competitive drive led Andrew to law school. Andrew received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1992. While in law school, he clerked for both State and Federal Judges.

Immediately upon graduating law school, Andrew followed his passion to be in a courtroom and started his career as a litigator. Andrew's first job as a lawyer was with the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, where he was a Deputy Attorney General for approximately seven (7) years. As a government trial attorney, he learned "his way around a courtroom" as well as how to effectively and persuasively write legal documents. As a Deputy Attorney General, Andrew gained invaluable litigation experience in both State and Federal Courts, arguing motions before judges, negotiating settlements before mediators, taking and defending over 800 depositions, and trying both bench and jury trials.

After working with the New Jersey Attorney General, over the next eight (8) years, Andrew further honed his litigation skills while working for some of South Florida's most prominent civil litigation firms. Andrew was fortunate to have had the opportunity to practice employment litigation, as well as ERISA litigation and commercial litigation. Since 2007, Andrew has focused his practice on the representation of plaintiffs in Wage and Hour/Overtime matters.

From the time Andrew started his first job as a teenager as a welder, Andrew has had a strong work ethic and respect and admiration for other workers. He worked his way through college and law school and understands the value of a dollar. Andrew is truly an advocate of the worker, because, as a worker himself, he witnessed the mistreatment by employers. It was these experiences that led Andrew to specialize in employment law on the workers' behalf. Andrew realizes that in order to navigate the nuances of employment law in the court system, a worker needs an attorney who specializes in employment law. It is no different than an attorney trying to perform a trade in which he or she has no experience. Andrew's experiences both as a worker and as a lawyer specializing in employment law for over a decade make him uniquely qualified as a plaintiffs' lawyer.

As a partner and shareholder of Jaffe Glenn Law Group, P.A., Andrew exclusively represents workers in a wide array of employment matters. Andrew has handled cases involving a single plaintiff as well as those involving hundreds of plaintiffs. Regardless of the size of the case, Andrew is devoted to his clients and aggressively fights for their rights. Of upmost importance to him is to ensure that each client is getting the best representation. As a workers' advocate, Andrew is relentless in litigating on behalf of his clients, leaving no stone unturned. Andrew's passion, skill, and dedication make him the attorney that you want to hire.
